Digitising Service

We offer a comprehensive digitising service to embroidery manufacturers, both locally and abroad. Every design is meticulously re-created, paying careful attention to detail and keeping production output efficiencies in mind.

Using only the latest state-of-the-art software and several stitch techniques, we offer designs in a variety of machine formats. Whether your need is in developing a design or for us to conceptualise it, you can just e-mail or fax us your specifications and requests from the comfort of your office - And we will do the rest!

Artwork is accepted in all formats. The file sent to us can be a scanned image of the finished product, a vector file or even hand drawn. As long as the image quality is good and the details are clear, we should easily be able to convert the image into digital format.

The creativity of our artists and designers ensure that even the simplest of designs stand out from the crowd, and their specialised skills enable them to design or adapt any visual you may have in mind.

To ensure quality of the highest standard, we sew out each design until we are convinced of a smooth running program, minimising trims, thread breaks and unnecessary colour change etc. After careful examination, the file is sent to you. We know that the embroidery industry can be very demanding at times; therefore we offer a 2 day turnaround on most designs. We also offer a 24 hour rush service at no extra cost.

We charge a flat rate of US $5.00 per 1000 stitches with a minimum charge of US $15.00 per design. This eliminates the complex structure of other charging techniques. We will also discount designs that exceed 20000 stitches. Please feel free to contact us for an obligation free quote.
